🚀 Co-founder Wanted – Tech Visionary to Take on CTO Role

Are you passionate about shaping the AI revolution and building the next unicorn startup in Vietnam?

Mina AI is on a mission to build AI tutors that make learning more engaging, effective and personalized. We are in the early stage, and looking for a tech visionary to join us as a co-founder.

🧑‍💻 Your Role – as CTO, you will

• Define and execute the technical roadmap of Mina AI from the ground up.
• Make critical decisions on architecture, infrastructure, and AI model integration.
• Build and lead the technical team.
• Work closely with the CEO and other stakeholders to align tech with product strategy and business goals.
• Be hands-on in building MVPs and testing early prototypes.
• Stay ahead of the curve in AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies.

This is a co-founder role – we are looking for someone who wants to build, not just work. You’ll have ownership in the company, real influence on the vision, and a chance to make a lasting impact.

🧬 Who You Are

• You love building things from scratch – code, systems, and teams.
• Deep experience with software engineering (bonus if you’ve worked with AI/ML, NLP, or LLMs).
• Always learning: you follow the latest in AI (LangChain, Hugging Face, Agent frameworks…).
• Comfortable communicating and working with both tech and non-tech people.
• Startup experience or founder mindset is a big plus.
• We’re open to remote collaboration in the early stage as we explore fit and build MVPs, but as we move into product scaling and team building, we’ll need you to be onsite with the core team.
